I participate in Smoked Meat cook offs all over Oklahoma and will be participating in the 1st Annual Oklahoma Championship Steak Cook off this Saturday Sept.10 in down town Tulsa, Oklahoma. I d will be using Daddy Hinkle's exclusively. I have also used it in some of my rubs too and it is great there for competition. Will keep you posted on the results.
