Daddy’s Firewheel Garden Dip

1/3 c. Garden Club Salad Dressing
1/3 c. Hiland Sour Cream
1 t. Daddy Hinkle’s Cumin and Oregano Sea Salt Blend
1 (16oz) can whole kernel corn, well drained
2 medium tomatoes, diced and drained
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 T. minced green bell pepper
¼ c. finely chopped sweet red onion
¼ t. minced garlic
½ c. finely diced Bar-S Extra Lean Hickory Ham Slices
8oz. shredded Pure Prairie Creamery Firewheel Pepper Jack Goat Cheese
In a small bowl stir together first three ingredients.
In a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients.
Gently stir in first mixture. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or raw vegetables for dipping.
