Oven Baked Steak

Tip : Use sirloin or rib eye steaks. Marinade the steaks according to

Daddy Hinkle's directions. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sear the steaks on both sides in a pan on the stove top. Immediately put in a baking dish and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or longer depending on how "done" you like your steaks. Works great if you don't have an outside grill. We use Daddy Hinkle's on everything we cook at home and at work! We love it! Stacy Gabriel, owner Wild Country Meats
