Grilled_pork_chops

Here's What You Do

Place the pork chops or chicken into a large bowl with a lid (not a metal container).

Sprinkle on the Daddy Hinkle´s liquid and Dry marinade and fork into the pork chops . Cover the bowl.

Marinate until meat warms up to room temp or overnight shaking up the bowl 3 or 4 times.(You can do over night, but long enough for meat to warm to room temp is sufficient).

Place the chops on a hot grill and cook until juices run clear.

Baste pork chops with butter as they cook so they stay tender.

Serve with your favorite BBQ sides.

Here's What You Need

  • Daddy Hinkle’s Instant Marinade. (1 ounce of liquid and 1/2 ounce of dry per 2 pounds of pork chops)
  • 4 -8pork chops or at least two per person ( this works well with boneless chicken breast also, but I prefer the pork)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
