I won in a raffle the Daddy Hinkle's meat marinade, liquid and dry seasoning. I cannot believe how wonderful it makes everything I have used it on taste! I recently marinade pork chops and pineapple tidbits in the liquid marinade for approximately 30 minutes and then cooked it until well done on my grill pan and came out so delicious!!!!

I love it, as my Dad introduced me to it a couple of years ago. Now, it is the ONLY way I cook steak. Also, pork. I do pork a couple of ways…first taking a shoulder, cut into 2 inch cubes. I flour it lightly, then saute้ it in oil for about 10 minutes. Stuff it into a crock pot, covered in Hinkle’s, make homemade gravy with Hinkle’s, pour on top. Then add peeled potatoes on top. Cook for about 8 hours on low. Remove potatoes, then mash them with 2-oz of cream and butter. One word…WOW.
And, I do the same thing, but in the oven in a 20 quart roaster, allowing me to cook more pork.
But, still, the steak cannot be matched.

I visited OKC and found Daddy Hinkle's at a friend's house. They had treated a very tough steak with their sauce. Oh My Goodness was it fantastic. I don't live in an area that sells it but when I visited Texas I loaded up on it and my bags were full to the brim with Daddys products. I felt sorry for the guys that had to inspect our bags because mine was loaded down with bottles. I absolutely love Daddy Hinkle's. I don't care what you make with it, from chicken to fish to steak, or simply veggies--it's all great. I just wish I didn't have to travel 2000 miles to get it.

I was given a whole deer hind quarter. I cut the meat off into 1 inch cubes and wrapped in peppered bacon. Marinated and seasoned with the "hotter'n $700" and grilled. You talk about a Bad A$$ snacker. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

subject : Oven Baked Steak
tip : Use sirloin or rib eye steaks. Marinade the steaks according to Daddy Hinkle's directions. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sear the steaks on both sides in a pan on the stove top. Immediately put in a baking dish and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or longer depending on how "done" you like your steaks. Works great if you don't have an outside grill. We use Daddy Hinkle's on everything we cook at home and at work! We love it!

subject : Cheese Steak w/ onions
Tip : Saute sliced onions with butter and Original Hinkle's liquid. Remove from pan. Take tenderized "cube" steak and coat liberally with both parts of original flavor. Cook in same pan. I usually cover to create a lot of liquid and then one the meat is set I remove the cover, let the liquid evaporate and then brown until done. The marinade crisps up really well on the surface of the meat and right at the end I top with a blend of jack and cheddar! It's great....

I tried Daddy Hinkle's original for the first time at a men's retreat for our church and fell in love with the flavor of the Original Marinade. Since moving to Colorado 1 1/2 years ago I have tried other marinades because I could not find Daddy Hinkle's here, but nothing even came close to the flavor of Daddy Hinkle's. I just discovered the web site, and ordered six of the original 15 oz sets. Can't wait to get them.

On a random shopping trip to my local Meijers, I picked up a pack of Daddy Hinkle's. Since that day, I refuse to use anything else! I have been a human testimony to anyone who will listen. Now everyone I know uses Daddy Hinkle's!! I recently stopped shopping at my local Meijer because they stopped carrying your product, which led me to my on line quest and here I am. SO HAPPY!!! THANK YOU DADDY HINKLE!!!!!

I like to put the Daddy's on chicken, steak, hamburger, deer, and pork steaks. I first generously sprinkle the dry on, then make sure that I tenderize the pork steak on both sides with a fork, and then splash a few drops of the wet on, rub it in, and wait a few minutes before grilling. If you don't know what a pork steak is, come to St Louis, it's worth the trip.

I had a friend from out of state cook me a steak with Daddy's marinade. I loved it so much I had to have some for myself. I ordered two sets of Daddy Hinkle's. I got it today and just finished dinner. We now have a name for our dinner. It's "Hinkle Steak Time" And this is coming from a true southern griller!! I can't wait to try it on pot roast like some of the afore mentioned.

I love this stuff, I have been using it on my rotisserie for quite a few years and it is awesome, the whole chicken is so tender moist and tastes better than any store or restaurant I have ever tried. Roasts are incredible, we used a pork roast leftovers for pulled pork bbq the next day and it disappeared! No leftovers. I also found this at Meijer and hope they start carrying it again.

When you find and excellent product like Daddy Hinkle´s that makes food taste so good, you are tempted not to tell your friends your cooking secret.
But we couldn´t resist. We tell EVERYONE all about Daddy Hinkle´s and where to get it.

We happened onto this marinade at Dillons grocery store in Manhattan, Kansas. What a find!!!We have used it many times since and people rave about it. I sent a "original set" home with my niece from California. She then informed me that you had a web site so I will be sure and order from there in the future. Thanks for a great marinade.

An old neighbor turned me on to this wonderful stuff. Sunday I prepared boneless pork chops in the Original, and tonight tried the $700 dollar with some zucchini, onions and bell pepper and steak. It works on the cheapest cuts of beef, making every piece melt in your mouth.
This stuff will change your life. I preach the gospel of DH everywhere I go.
I too was among the disenchanted Meijer's shoppers who found it was no longer there, but I found it on sale at another chain , 5 for $4...I bought 10 packets on the spot. I am getting ready to link this on my facebook page..be prepared for a spike in sales!!
THank you ..

Friends of ours introduced us to Daddy Hinkle's 3 years ago and we've used it ever since. Everytime our sons friends come over they always ask my husband to make his famous steaks. If you haven't tried the powder on your baked potato or popcorn yet, you're missing out! We just love Daddy Hinkle's!

First introduced to Daddy Hinkles at the State Fair of Oklahoma a few years ago and I've been hooked ever since! Our local grocery stores have started carrying it. I love the original seasoning - it has the perfect amount of flavor for me. I use it on everything - fish, chicken, shrimp, steak. It's inexpensive and delicious. Wish you were on Facebook so we could spread the word!

We recently visited a friend in Tulsa and before we came home to Omaha she gave us a set of the Original liquid and dry marinades. I have honestly never had any seasoning better than Daddy Hinkle's. We use it on steaks, chicken and pork and it is amazing with all of them. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys grilling.
