This is such a simple tip, but it is a good one to remember. When you are preparing your meat with Daddy Hinkle’s instant meat marinades for the oven, skillet, or grill, let it sit out on the counter until the chill is off the meat (20 minutes is a good rule of thumb). Starting at room temperature instead of cold from the fridge will cut down on cooking time and the results will be more even.
