Here's What You Do

In a bowl combine meat and the O´riginal Dry and Wet Marinade, form into as many eight oz patties as you have meat, let stand at room temp for 10 to 30 minutes, and grill to desired doneness. Serve with lettuce and tomato and pickle and choice of mayo or mustard.

Here's What You Need

  • One or two eight oz patties per person
  • 1/2 oz O´riginal Dry Seasoning per 2 lbs of ground hamburger meat
  • 1 oz O´riginal Wet Marinade per 2 lbs of ground hamburger meat
  • Buns
  • Mayo or mustard
  • Ice cold crispy lettuce and pickles
  • Tomato slices
  • Cheese and onion slices are optional
