The key to cooking brisket is a long cooking time with a low heat.
We chose an 8 pound brisket and marinated it with O'riginal in a Cookshack electric smoker at 180 for 12 hours. The result was tender and delicious. If you don't have a smoker available don't worry, the oven will yield great results, too!
